Symbol check vs the real badge
| ✓ in your nickname | Official badge | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can use it | Anyone | Accounts approved by the game |
| How it shows | As part of the name | A separate in-game icon |
| Any advantage? | None | Identifies creators and partners |
A ✓ in your name is fine as a style. Pretending to be a famous creator or game staff can get you reported and penalized.
Mix the ✓ with other styles
Other places for a check mark
- Instagram bio: "✓ worldwide shipping".
- Checklists in chats: ✓ done, ✗ pending.
- Discord: a role for approved members.
Questions artists ask
Is ✓ in my nickname an official verification?
No. It is a text symbol. Official badges are granted by the game to approved accounts.
Can I be punished for using ✓?
The symbol itself is allowed. Trouble starts if you impersonate someone else or the game staff.
